Frequently asked questions

Q: Where can I purchase a Maskarada item?
A: You can visit the Etsy shop or send me a direct message. When you decide to contact me for direct purchase, please send me the link to the item you would like. I will make an invoice with all the information you need for the purchase.
Q: Can I bring an own design?
A: In general Maskarada only creates its own designs. However, I am approachable for ideas that I can give my Maskarada twist to with some creative freedom on my part.
Q: I’m a model/photographer/stylist/make-up artist/performer, can we work together?
A: I’m always open to new collaborations when 1> it isn’t involving any sponsoring in the form of giveaways, 2> the style of the shoot fits with the Maskarada aesthetic and 3> credits will be given to all parties involved.
Q: My item got damaged while wearing it. Can you fix it?
A: In most cases, yes I can. Contact me so we can determine together what the best approach would be and whether or not there will be extra costs involving the repair.
Q: How can I best take care of my item?
A: A Maskarada item can be best cleaned with a damp cloth.
  • Do not use harsh or corrosive cleaners or scouring pads. This will damage the lacquer and therefore your item is no longer well protected.
  • Hot water can deform the product. So use only lukewarm / cold water.
  • We advise you not to immerse a product in water or to let it soak. Maskarada items are unable to withstand. A bit of rain is harmless.
  • Maskarada items are sturdy, however this does not mean that they are unbreakable.
